Can I apply for Inspire Scholarship having gap of 2 years after 12th?

Hello,
I had completed my 12th in the year 2013 with 94.33%, than I had taken gap of 2 years, and now doing bsc.hons.(botany), I had just given the exams of 1st semester, can I still apply for inspire or any other scholarship.
