im studying in bcom 3rd yr..m Q is when cn I apply for intermediate exam

You have not clearly mentioned that about which intermediate course you are talking about. There are two intermediate exams, one in case of Chartered Accountancy, which is IPCC stage and other in case of Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India.

For both the intermediate exams, you can apply only after completion of bachelor's degree. If you manage to score 55% or more marks in bachelor's degree then you can apply for IPCC directly as well as for Intermediate stage of ICWA course.
