Can I apply for mass communication in Delhi if I am from Nepal and scored 40% in 12th?
i have scored only 40% in +2 and can i apply for mass communication in delhi?i m from birgunj nepal.

you cannot apply sorry..
your aggregate is very less.. minimum you should have 65%.
