i am completed b.sc (utd sagar mp in 2002) with 47 % in second division and compeleted B.ed (in 2009) from ignou (new delhi) can i apply for samvida grade 2 In MP

Dear .... No. you can not eligible for the Samvida Grade-II, bcoz. you have done B.com. if you have done B.A., M.A B.sc. etc then you eligible.
