SBI recruit clerk every year in once or twice time .so there is no fixed time for recruitment process of SBI Clerk Exam.

Those candidate have completed 12th standard with above 60% marks OR completed graduation degree with 40% OR completed Diploma degree with above 60%, are applicable for SBI CLERK exam.

Your age should be between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC candidate are given below-
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PWD-SC/ST: 15 years
PWD-OBC: 13 years

As You have said that you are in Final Year of B.Com that is you are in final year of your Graduation Degree so, You are eligible for both the Examination i.e., 1). SBI Clerk and 2). SBI PO exam........

You are Confuse about Eligibility Right Let me clear you about this.......

Eligibility And Criteria for SBI Clerk Exam:

>> For Applying SBI Clerk Exam a candidate should have completed at least their 10th OR 12th with at least 60% from Recognized Board Examination........

>> Age of candidate should be between 18 to 28 years.......

Eligibility and Criteria for SBI PO Exam:

>> For applying SBI PO exam a candidate should have completed at least their Graduation Degree in any Stream are eligible......

Yes, Off course you can apply for both examination

1. SBI Clerk and
2. SBI PO

Eligibility for SBI Clerk:

You should have completed your 10th standard or equivalent course with at least 60%

Your age should be between 18 to 28 years

relaxation is available for upper age

Eligibility for SBI PO Exam:

For that you should have completed your Graduation in any discipline

Your age should be between 20 to 28 years

relaxation is available for upper age

You are eligible for both the exam so, my suggestion is you would try for SBI PO exam instead of SBI Clerk exam.

SBI has still not announced its CLERKS vacancy for the year 2013

Minimum eligibilty to apply for the SBI Clerks exams is 12th pass with minimum 60% marks or Graduation Pass
Age should be between 18 and 28 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

So, i would suggest that you should start your preparation for the SBI Clerks exams right now.

SBI Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria:

• You need to be a citizen of India/Nepal/Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling here.
  
• You should successfully pass class 12 board exam with not less than 60% of marks to sit for this exam.
  
• SC/ST/PWD candidates needs to secure 55% of marks at 10+2 level.
  
• At UG level you need to secure 40% of marks to sit for this exam.
  
• 35% of marks needs to be secured by the reserved category candidates.
  
• A diploma candidate can also appear for this exam if the course has not been done in correspondence.

Age Criteria:

Your age should not be less than 18 years when applying for this exam. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 28 years.

There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates:

~SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years.
~OBC Candidates: 3 Years.
~PWD Candidates: 10 Years.
