Can I apply for SBI Clerk post after scoring 59.8% in HSLC examination?


i got 59.8 percent in my hslc examination,i want to apply sbi clerk posts,i m belongs to obc catagory,can i apply for that post?

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Clerks examination :-

The candidate need to qualified 12th examination with 60% aggregate marks from a recognized School or equivalent qualification.(55% for SC/ST/PWD/XS candidates) OR Graduate candidate may also eligible to apply for SBl clerk examination OR The candidate who are completed diploma course full time may also eligible to apply for SBI clerks examination.

The candidate age must have attained the age of 18 years and must have not attained the age of 28 years as on 01 December 2011(candidates born between 30.11.83 to 01.12.93) are eligible to apply for this examination.

SBI Important dates :-
  • Online Registration will start from :- 28/12/11
  • Last date for registration of online application :- 20/01/12
  • Payment of fees :- 30/12/11 To 25/01/12
  • Date of Written examination :- 18/03/12

*The candidates after +2 can apply for this post.
*The age limit is 18 - 28 yrs.

Hi Dear

SBI Clerk generally criteria is 60% for general candidate
55% for SC/ST/OBC candidate

Generally on SBI exam pattern is:-

Apptitude
Reasoning
General english
General knowledge

if your any backward cast to eligible for this exam
online registration starts :28/12/11
last date of registration :20/01/2012
pay of fee :30/12/11 to 25/01/2012
date of exam: 18/03/12

you are not eligible for SBI clerk exam.For SBI clerk exam you need 60% marks in 12th.

There are relaxation in marks are also available for SC/ST students.

Eligibility criteria-

60% marks in 12th for OBC student.

55% marks for SC/ST student.

your age should be between 21-30 year.

If you belong from SC/ST then you can apply for this exam.

This exam is only for SC/ST and OBC student if you are general category student then you can't apply.

Dear you are not eligible for sbi clerk exam. For clerk post eligibility criteria is 60% in 12 th
but if you belongs to schedule caste/schedule tribe/pwd/xs candidate than the eligibility criteria is 55 % in 12 th. So that if you belong to this you are eligible.
Age limit is also there min 18 .. Max. 28

dear friend,
Eligibility for SBI clerical exam:-

1.Candidate has to complete the 12th or its equivalent from any recognized central/state education board.

2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

3.Age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years..

4.Candidate should be a citizen of India
.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.
As you have secured 59.6% marks in HSLC then you are not eligible for SBI clerical exam.

MY 10 2 PERCENTAGE IS 65% ...BUT I AM FROM GENERAL CAEGORY???JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHY U DON,T GIVE CHANCE TO THE DESERVING CANDIDATES

i have 12th standard with 52% but have also 3 years technical diploma with 68% whose eligibilty was after 10th, but i have done it after 12th, plz tell me can i apply for SBI clreck exam.
