Yes!,you can apply if you have following qualification and eligibility :

-> Must have Intermediate Certificate
-> Must have Academic degree of University recognized by UGC
-> Teacher Education Courses recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.
-> Special Education Courses recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India.
-> The candidate should have either qualified in earlier TET or obtain minimum qualifying marks in present TET/TRT.
