Can I avail reservation of Maharashtra State if I am born here?
I am a Domicile resident of Maharashtra (Born in Maharashtra in 1985), but I have a caste reservation Certificate from the Govt of Maharashtra, classifying me as belonging to OBC category in State of Karnataka.
Can i avail of Reservation Of Maharashtra State (Since i am born here)? I need this information since i'll have to buy the correct ie. open/reserved category form of Maharashtra MBA CET. Thanks

you are wishing to give MBA CET......
if you are born in Maharashtra then you are eligible for open category for CET.... to get benifits about your category you should have caste certificate of Maharashtra state..you can make it easily in tahsildar karyalaya... yes since you have the domecile of Maharastra..means you have been authorized by Maharastra that you are permanent reside of maharstra.and you are eligible for MBA CET...
