Eligibility criteria to become surgeon To be eligible applicants need to join MBBS course and applicants should be 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) as main subjects at 10+2. Applicants has to appear in an entrance tests taken by the various State and Independent bodies like PMT, taken by Punjab Government and CBSE-PMT (Pre Medical Test). After completion of MBBS course, one has to go for Master of surgery degree. After getting qualification and mandatory training in medical college and hospital, surgeon can choose to work either in government or private hospital. |

# It is not possible for you to become surgeon after BPT.
