no boss, uske liye MBBS chahiye.. fir MS. u shld be registered in MCI.

no it is difficult .even you may get problems by practising as a surgeon only after BPT

As you have said that you have done Bachelor in physiotherapy which means that you have two option either you can go for higher education or can find a job .There are various jobs available for physiotherapy students .You can work in :

Rehabilitation centres,
Nursing homes,
Private practices,
Hospitals and work related health care institutes

But if you want to go for higer education for better opportunity later .You can do Master in physiotherapy (M.P.T) which is a 2 years course.You can specialize yourself in :

Neurology
Orthopedic/ Musculoskeletal,
Cardiothroacic
Rehabilitation.

You also have option to do course in Hospital Management or Clinical Research.

How can you Prescribe Medicine? Please learn English first then dream of Practicing Medicine. I dont know how did you pass Physiotherapy? we need to check the entrance process for Physical Therapy.

First of all whoever is asking about doing surgery course after finishing BPT don't have an idea about Physiotherapy. Did you guys really complete your degree? If yes then how? It's completely different branch.

Is there chance to become by studying physiotherapy course or only MBBS can need

In engineering even Diploma holders given opportunity to join I B. Tech. The graduate of physiotherapy though studied anatomy general medicine etc. has no chance to join in MBBS it said actually the Physio knows very well about body they don't opportunity to do anaesthesia dip or at least General Medicine.

After passing physiotherapy you cannot become surgeon.
If you want you can pursue post graduation in physiotherapy.

For becoming surgeon you have to do any courses mentioned below:-

Sorry,The Only way to become a surgeon is to do Post graduation in MS or DNB Surgery after finishing MBBS and compulsory Internship.
After Bachelor of Physiotherapy you may go on to do specializations within physiotherapy like Neurological/Cardiovascular/Pediatric/Sports related physiotherapy etc.
But there is no way to become a surgeon after Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
The closest you might get to surgery is by working with or assisting An Orthopaedic Surgeon in helping patients get full recovery possible after their surgery.

after DPT what's the merit of orthopedic ?
