can i change my subject from maths to bio in 12th in cbsc..

Hi dear..

Yes , you can change your subject if your school grants you permission, but let me warn you that biology of 12th can't be understood if you don't study bio at +1 level, so swapping the subject would mean throwing yourself in a trap of getting low marks.

Rest it is up to you.
