Doubt in taking psychology after U.G.

I am studing B.E. ,I have a dought that I can do B.Sc. psychology after completing my engineering studies

B.Sc in Psychology is a three year duration undergradute degree course.It involves the study of mind, occuring partly via study of behavior and mental functions.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc in Psychology are following-

-The candidate should have passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
