Can I do BBA from regular college after passing 12th class from open board NIOS

I am nisha I just passed out my 12th class from open board nios in arts stream wit 60% marks can I do bba from a regular college?

I have failed 9th grade in CBSE syllabus in a regular school. Is it advisable to repeat 9th in the same school or leave it and joined Xth in an open school. What will be the drawbacks. Please advise. thank you.
