yes, you can do engineering Diploma after your 10th class.
secondly , it is the eligibility that a student has a option that he can do diploma just after the 10th class.

you can do diploma from any recognised engineering college also.

In punjab for diploma JET test is held. and it is helding on 19-may -2012.
