Yes, definitely you are eligible to take admission in 5 year LLB Course after completing your Intermediate examination. But to take admission in top law colleges, you need to complete your intermediate examination and apply for the CLAT Entrance examination.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test and this examination is conducted by 14 National Law Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes: LL.B & LL.M.

If you have completed your Intermediate examination in any discipline with minimum 50% marks, then you are eligible to apply for this examination, final year appearing candidates are also apply for CLAT Examination, but for this your age should not be more than 20 years.

For this year examination was already completed and the results was already declared, If you want to take admission in Law, then please apply for next year CLAT Examination and if you scored well then you will get admission in these CLAT Colleges:

But after your 12th,you can join only 5 years LLB course and if you first pursue your graduation,then after it,you can do 3 years LLB.For that,you will have to secure at least 50% in your graduation.

So,there is a tough competition to get admission in them.

If you have secured very good percentage in 12th,you can take admission in ILS Law College,Pune.It is a very good college and you can get admission in it if your percentage is at least 92.5.
Besides these colleges,there is a seperate exam for admission in Symbiosis Law College,Pune and for Faculty of law,DU,Delhi.

HI! I am happy to inform you that you are eligible for Law after passing 12th.

For admission in top college you have to qualify the entrance exam like:-
> Common Law Admission Test(C.L.A.T)

ELIGIBILITY FOR C.L.A.T:-
> Pass 12th class with minimum 45% marks.
For ST/SC candidate minimum 40% marks is require.
> Age should be no above 20 year.
For ST/SC candidate 22 year is maximum age.
> Candidate must be citizen of India.

If you want to pursue Law then first of all you have to pursue graduation and then only you can pursue law. You cannot take straight way admission into Law after 12th standard. You can opt for BBA LL.B or B.Com LL.B or B.A LL.B.
You can choose any of the above mentioned discipline according to your area of interest.
