I would like to tell you that recruitment in bsf is done on various post such as head constable ,assitant sub inspector etc
age cretiria for different post are different,
such as for head constable age should be minimum 18 nad maximum 23,
while for assistantsub inspector minimum age is 18 and maximum is 25.

minimum educational qualification is 10+2(intermidiate),
but salute to your spirit

If you want to join B.S.F after passing B.A.
For this you have to uqlify the Central Police Force exam.

CENTRAL POLICE FORCE

C.P.F exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass graduation with recognized university
> Age limit:-19-25 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

Yes, you can apply for it but, for the Constable post only.

BSF stands for the Border Security Force. It recruits enthusiastic candidates every year who want to join the Indian defense. There are various post that one can join in BSF are:

• Constable
• Head Constable
• Sub Inspector
• Assistant Sub-Inspector
• Assistant Commandant

But, according to your educational qualification you are eligible for constable post only. For constable post one should has completed at least their 10th or matriculation from recognized board exam.

Your age should be between 18 to 23 years. However, upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ Ex-service men applicable as per government instruction.

If one want to join BSF then, he should be physically and mentally strong. There are various physical efficiency test going to take and for that one should also meet the physical standard.

All applicants must pass the class 12th exam from a recognized board. On the other hand, candidates can check more details about eligibility criteria on the official website of BSF. BSF Recruitment 2020: Age limit criteria: SI (Master) and SI (Engine Driver): Candidate should fall in the age bracket of 22 to 28 years.

BSF gaurd western border of India …yes you heard it correct BSF gaurd western border not the ARMY. BSF gaurd Bangladesh border too, BSF is fighting successfully against Naxal in chattisgarh and Orissa. BSF also in all CI ops in northeastern states .BSF also get deployed during elections .So all deployment of BSF is next to border and may b chances there are some quick pack n move durations in the job. So intial time you have to spend in that area where there will be network problem, food will be good i know bsf has much better food than army …there is a stagnation is going on so promotion will take more than 6 yrs . You should have some hobby which you follow in those lonly period.

Now come to how to join BSF as an officer.

1.After completing your garduation there will be CAPF exam for AC DE which is conducted by the UPSC. GIVE THIS EXAM if you got selected in written then you will b called for physical and medical test.If you got through this test then you will be called for final interview in UPSC . THERE WILL BE PANEL YOU WILL BE GRILLED THERE ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU HAVE WRTITTEN IN YOUR BIODATA. If you got selected in interview you will get a joining letter.Now to join BSF YOU GOTTA preference to BSF only .
