It offers M.Phil only in economics and not in chemistry so you an not do M.Phil in chemistry from IGNOU. Either you can do it from other colleges the best of them are:

1. Dellhi university
2. Allahabad university
3. KSOU...etc

Or you can choose any other course from the courses offered by IGNOU mentioned above.
