Can I be eligible for government job and B.Tech after doing diploma in engineering from RVD university?


i m doing diploma in engineering form rvd university,can i eligible for gov. jobs and b.tech from regular course like, UPTU,AMU etc.

i have completed diploma in rvd university i have possible to do btech in part time at mgr university or srm university

I'm preparing diploma electrical. Can I take admission in B.Tech or BE without gap. If result come late last year can I participate for B.Tech?
