Sorry at this score you can not expect anything from Manipal University.

81 out of 240 in ENAT is almost nothing to get into Manipal University, either engineering or medical.
At 75 score out of 240 i can guess that your rank will be around the 16000 which is not more to get admission in the Manipal University.

According to previous year generally candidates have minimum score 120 are called for the first counselling after then counselling goes for 4-5 round score less then 100 does not get chance for counselling.

If you have appear in ENAT for engineering and also appear in the AIEEE
exam then if you get a rank upto 40000 then you can get a seat in the
Manipal Institute of Technology.

I am sorry to tell you but getting admission in Manipal University with 91 marks is not possible because the minimum marks required for admission is about 100-105.

Also, by getting 100-105, a seat is usually offered in courses such as textile or manufacturing engineering which doesnt have a good scope as compared to all other branches..A decent score in the exam is considered to be around 130.

You may try to get admission in other good universities such as VIT,BITS,SRM.
