UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and it is conducts various examination namely, Civil services, NDA, SCRA, Engineering services, Indian Forest examination, CDS Examination and Many other examination every year, you have to apply for UPSC Examination as per your Qualification.

If you have completed your BCA from Government colleges, then definitely you can apply for UPSC Examination. Government colleges is fully recognised and you can eligible for all Indian examination after passing graduation from Government colleges.

You have not mentioned in which UPSC Examination you are interested to apply.

After graduation, you are eligible to apply for the UPSC Civil services examination and this examination is conducted by UPSC, every year and for this graduation is the minimum qualification and your age should between 21 to 30 years, upper age relaxation is applicable for sc/st/obc candidates.

You can also apply for the CDS Examination and this examination is conducted twice by UPSC, after graduation you are also eligible for CDS, your age should between 19 to 25 years.

After completion B.C.A you have many option in U.P.S.C exam:-
> Civil Services Exam
> Combine Defence Services
> Central Police Force

You can apply for any job mention above.

Age limit for C.D.S and C.P.F is 19-25 year.

And for Civil Services is 21-30 year.
For ST/SC candidate is 21-35 year.

After qualifying C.D.S you can join Defence sevices likre:-
> Indian Army
> Indian Air Force
> Indian Navy

After qualifying Civil Services exam you can join:-
> Indian Administrative Services
> Indian Police Services
> Indian Foreign Services
> Indian Revenue Services
> Indian Postal Services
etc
