Can I get an admission in second year b.com because Iam not satisfied with my previous college ? And my percentage is also high.

Yes, you are eligible to get the admission in the different colleges but only with in the colleges affliated with your university.

As there is no possibilityof getting the admission in the 2nd year directly in the different colleges after pursuing the previous year from other colleges even if you have higher aggregate in the examination.

So, you need to visit the colleges within your university for pursuing the remaining courses from the different colleges. Otherwise you sre not eligible for the admission.
