what is selection procedure in most networking companies....please tell me

Networking companies basically look for graduates who have specialization in networking.
After you submit your CV/Resume, you will have a telephonic round of interview. Then they call you for a personal round of interview, followed by Group Discussion.
In personal round of interview they basically look into your aptitude, your skills, intelligence level, trust, how long you intend to be with the company, your integrity and patience. They will also see how can you be profitable for the company and why should they hire you instead of others.
Finally your salary will be negotiated and if all is well, you get the offer letter.
