Surely you can opt for Mtech in Automobile after Btech in Mechanical Engineering. Although the IITs do not have specialization in automobile specifically but you can opt for one of the below specialization to get a job in automobile industry. Mtech in Mechanical in IITs: Thermal Engineering.
