Generally you are eligible for the admission but you must have such marks to get qualified in the merit list, so generally previous year the last cut off went around 85% for BCom (A/c Hons)in the 4th list for General Candidates. For other subjects it goes around 75% to 80%. This is the marks I'm talking about Heramba Chandra College which South City College Day, the cut off of the night are even lower i.e Prafulla Chandra College but don't thing about the South City College Morning which is for Girls only there the cut off goes very high.
