To get admission in IIT's in their M.Sc programmes, students must have secured 55% aggregate marks. For SC/ST/PD category it is 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university.

You also need to clear the entrance examination to apply for the course.

You can eligible to admission in IIT With the B.sc.

If you want to get admission in IIT's in M.Sc programmes must have complete your B.sc with 55%.
