without gate rank can i admit for m.tech..please tell me the details

Yes, you are eligible to get the admission in the M.tech without the GATE score.

GATE stands for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and the examination is conducted to get the admission in the different government institute for the M.tech course along with the stipned.

But as you are not eligible to get the admission through the GATE score so you are not eligible to get the admission in the IIT,NIT etc.... and not eligible for the stipned.

But since there are large number of private university in India you can get the admission in easily. The eligibility to get the admission is candidate must have passed the B.tech from the recognized university.
