i got 30 marks in gate of biotech and i am of sc category.but i qualified gate, so which colleges are better for me.

I have gate score of 407 and all india rank 1024 in biotechnology so i want to know how to calculate gate percentile and best colleges for biotechnology in karnataka as well as bangalore....

I would to know that for mtech in biotechnology need... one should qualify his/her 12th std with maths. as i hv done my 12th with bio. So am i eligible for GATE 2012.....
