It seems that you have not prepared for the exam...

So my suggession will be to study for one more year and then give the exam next year...

This is because most of the Govt. Colleges are filled up within 4000 ranks so you cannot get a good college with such a rank...

Another way is entry through donation but that won't be a good way to agin admission...

So do hardwork and you will surely gain the result next year...

The rank you have got is not good if you are opting for a Govt College. Maximum Govt colleges are filled up within 4000 to 5000 ranks in case of good streams.

If you want to go for a Good stream then you should opt for private colleges too.Because with this rank you are applicable in good private colleges like-

1)AOT

2)TECHNO INDIA

3)MCKVIE

4)BIT

Maximum no of these colleges provide good Placement too.
But your chance to get into these colleges is very less so you must opt for some lowly ranked college if you don't want to compromise with your stream...
