Getting any government college with 70 marks in AIEEE(now JEE Mains) is difficult.
According to the new procedure followed by the CSAB to fill the seats in the top colleges of India(i.e. NIT's),seats are filled by the procedure i.e.:
60% marks calculated of your AIEEE(JEE mains) and the remaining 40% marks are calculated for 12th marks.
Therefore,If you get more marks in your 12th class then your chances of getting any government college in your state will become higher.
