Hallo .sir in this year i am in class 11 and my date of birth is 30 10 1993 so i want to know that after passing class 12 can i get chance to give the nda exam.

Yes. You are eligible to appear for NDA Exam which is going to be conducted in the next academic year.

As you are being a candidate with a date of birth of 30-10-1993, you are having an age of 18 years. So, with this criteria, you are eligible to appear for both the NDA Exams.

In order to be eligible for upcoming NDA I Exam, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years by 1st January of the year in which the exam is going to be conducted.

For NDA II Exam to be eligible, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years by 1st July of the year in which the exam is going to be conducted.

One should have completed 12th class from a recognized board to be eligible for this exam to join Army wing.;

But for to join in Navy and Air Force wings, one should have completed 12th class from a recognized board with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects.

The upcoming NDA I Exam is going to be conducted on 15-04-2012.

u can give NDA exam in next academic year as u are in 11th & candidate should appearing or appeared class12th with physics & mathematics.

NDA exam conducted by National Defense Academy has certain rules and regulations to be followed by the candidates to appear in the exam. They are

You must have passed 12th std. (for navy and airforce you must have choosen science as your stream).

Your age must be between 16 1/2 and 19.

I hope you would have understand that you must wait at least 1year for appearing in NDA exam.

Yes, you are eligible for N.D.A exam conducted in next year.
N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

If you want to join Indian Army you have to pass 12th with any stream.
If you want to join Indian Navy or Air Force you have to pass 12th with physics and maths.

Date of Notification:-31.12.2011
Last date of receipt of form:-30.01.2012(MONDAY)
Date of exam:-15.04.2012(SUNDAY)

Dear friend,

Yes, he is eligible for NDA exam now but when you completed your 12th standard. In this time your age is over 20 years.

So after completion of 12th standard you are not eligible for NDA exam.

After 121th standard you are eligible for Navy and air force exam through NDA exam.

Eligibility for NDA exam:-

1.One must have complete the 12th in any trade, with 60% aggregate from a recognized central/state board.

2.The age should be in between 16.5-19 years.

3.Candidate must be citizen of India. Height :Your height must be minimum 165 cm. Eyesight :You should have your eyesight of 6/6.

4.Only unmarried male candidate are eligible for NDA exam

Now you are not eligible for NDA exam.But you can appear for NDA exam next year i.e when you enter 12th class.

This exam is conducted by UPSC every year twice to take qualified students into different defense service like
>>Indian Air Force wings
>>Indian Navy wings
>>Indian Army wings

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:
For Indian Air Force/Indian Navy wings:
You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
For Indian Army wings:
You should have complete 12th class with any stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

And this exam notification will release in the month of December and May every year and exam will held on April,August month every year respectively.

HI,
You age is now 18 year.
after passing 12th your age will cross 19 year.
So as per rule you are not eligible for N.D.A.

But you can apply for Indian Army after passing graduation through Combine Defence Services(C.D.S.E).

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.
Age for C.D.S exam should be in between 19-24 year.

Both Boy and girl are eligible for this exam.

i have physics, chemistryand biology in 12th can i fil the nda form
