I am diabled ,physically handicapped ,vissually impeared and lacking brain body co-odination so can i get a facility of writer in civil service examination and how many attempt i wll get and how much persentage is required to qualify?

Hi , there are 9 attempt for special abled people of open category upto age of 42. Average cut of civil service exam is 52 to 56% , which should be the minimum score to crack the exam
