my rank is 966 in bc and 3602 in gen can i get the govt college?

Here you are not mention in which course you get adimission. But if you want to get adimission engineering college so Of course u get admission in any government college in gujarat.

Here you are not mentioned in which branch and at which state you get admission .
If u want admission in engineering stream at gujarat state than you will get admission in governement college.
