Can I get a government seat to join engineering after diploma?


Can i get the govt seat to join in engineering 2nd year after diploma? My Ecet 2013 rank in EEE is 518, my cast is BC-A And i have NCC 'C' certificate.
If not what are the best private engineering colleges in AP and it's fees per year?

-> You have got good rank .obviously you will get a seat in best engineering college in fact government colleges like JNTU ,SV and ANDHRA UNIVERSITY.
-> In counselling you lock these colleges of your branch.
-> In case if you don't get selected definitely you will get seat in finest college.
-> it is very clear and undoubtedly you will get seat in JNTU . It is the best college in A.O
