I am a B.Tech student and preparing for GATE. I want to know that I am eligible to get job in Coal India Limited through GATE? Please tell me about this.

Coal India Limited accepts Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering rank card for recruitment of management trainees in disciplines like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mining engineering etc.

After getting registration number of GATE, you need to apply for Coal India recruitment on its official website and mention your GATE rankcard. Once GATE results are out, Coal India releases its GATE rank upto which it will take candidates for further rounds of recruitment process.

Eligibility
You must have passed B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Mining disciplines with a minimum of 60% aggregate.Relaxation applicable 5% for SC/ST/PwD.

For Geology Candidates must have pass M.Sc/ M.Tech in Geology with an aggregate of 60% marks
