Can I get jobs related to chemical engineering after passing GATE with 299 score and 1946 AIR?


I have valid GATE(2010) score of 299 and AIR 1946 in B.Tech Chemical Engg.I also got interview letters from IITs but i want to do jobs related to chemical engg. pls give me jobs detailson the basis of this score

I think this rank will not help you to get Job but you can get good NITS for heigher Studies then you can get good Jobs.

i can get jobs related to b.tech chemical engneering after passing gate with 857 air. niketh.

After passing GATE with 299 score and 1946 AIR then cannot get job through gate exam.

THROUGH gate only INDIAN OIL is recruiting chemical engineers. and last year's cutoff was 65 rank(AIR).
SO, competition is very tough.

you can go for private job also.

Can i get better jobs in chemical engineering field after doing M.Tech than after B.Tech degree?
