Can I get MTech admission in NIT with 12841 AIR in GATE-Civil Engineering being an EWS candidate?

Sir, I want to get admission in NIT. I have a scorecard of 423 and secured 12841 AIR in GATE. I have given GATE with Civil Engineering and I belongs to EWS category. So, can I get admission for MTech course in NIT?

even if you are belong to EWS it is highly impossible for getting in NITs if your rank exceeds 10000..so there is no chance for you to get into NITs
