i belong to OBC and 50%state quta can i get sastra after scoring 96 in aieee

can i get sastra after getting 60 in aieee?
i am gen. and have 50% state quota.

Career scope after B-tech in Aeronautical Engineering

I have passed my 12th in 2010 and wanted to pursue b.tech but because of some very serious family problems i was unable to take admission as of now i want to prepare for state level entrance exam(UP) as i m eligible for that only and take admission in 2013 and untill then i m planning to take admission in Allahabad University for bsc this year and will prepare for engineering entrance along side sir please suggest will it be fruitful to take admissions in 2013 for b.tech as i want to do b.tech from government college so i have to prepare for one year to get good and also untill now i have not been able to give that entrance exam .
please do give your valuable time to answer my query

what rank is required to get in aieee to get admission into sastra

I HAVE SCORED 104 IN JEE MAINS. AND 956 / 1000 IN AP BOARD. WILL I GET ADMISSION IN SASTRA ?

I did my higher studies in ap but my 10th in tn should I submit obc or bc certificate for sastra
