I got 694894 rank in aieee 2012 and I belong to the sc qouta in category rank 56357 so will you please tell me which college i will get and what is procedure o admisson in aieee

The procedure for counselling is very simple.

you have to go to the official website of Central Counselling Board website
http://ccb.nic.in

And register as a new applicant , giving all your details, your rank will be displayed and you will be prompted to choose a password.

After registering successfully you have to fill up the choices of colleges and stream after Signing in, you can fill as many choices you want.

Here I have attached a document (preference sheet) of colleges under AIEEE.

Please fill your choices, strictly according to this.

NOTE :- The number before each college name represents it's rank.

Sorry but your rank is not good therefore the better option to you is repeat, work hard and re appear in the exam and then take the admission.
It is very difficult for you to get admission in any good college through counselling with your present rank.Other option available to you is to take admission through Management Quota in some good college of your interest.
