=> MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

=> The duration of this course is five and half years.

=> For MBBS course candidate must have passed 12th class in science stream from a recognized board.

=> The admission of candidate will be done on the basis of entrance examination like NEET.

=> As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in top Govt college after securing 196.50 cut off marks so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score.
