I got 93.5% in my 12th board exams in 2018 and I dropped 1 year for jee coaching and joined B.A. in 2019.Will I get seat in Madras institute of technology for B.Tech course.

Given the SC category and a really good percentile, you got fair chances to get a seat at IIT, Chennai..

Cutoff cannot be predicted in advance as it depends on many factors but I think you got a good chance to get there.
