No, there is no such provision of transfer form a government to private or vice versa in medical course.
Candidates are only eligible to change college within the same university but only in respective category ( within private or government college in which he/she is pursuing ). |

Yes, it is possible to change medical college after in 2nd year. But it is possible only under some rules by National Medical Commission.
Your migration will be granted only on any genuine ground. If a seat is available in the medical college where you want to, then it is possible. |
