I did 10th and due to some personal issues I didn't able to give 12th exam so can I give through open school?

Yes. You can do class 12 from any open school. But you must have passed the exam of class 10th to get eligible for the exam of class 12.

Yes, you can complete your 12th board examination from open school but not without having cleared your 11th standard, therefore I suggest you to complete your 11th class and then get admission in any recognised Open University and continue with your studies further.
