After completion of diploma course, you are not eligible for GPSC 2016 exam.

Eligibility criteria for GPSC 2016 exam:-

Candidate need to have completed graduation degree from recognized university or college.

Candidate age should be between 21 years to 28 years.

Exam pattern for GPSC exam:-

Preliminary Exam
Main Exam
Personality Exam

Preliminary examination

Exam consist of two parts with objective type question
Part-I General Studies with 150 marks
Part-II Selected subject 200 marks

Main examination

Part-I Gujarati with 200 marks
Part-II English with 200 marks
Part-III General Studies with 200 marks
Part IV & V Two Selected subjects with 200 marks each

GPSC stands for the Gujarat Public Service Commission. The state government of Gujarat conducts this exam for various posts under the state government.

Eligibility criteria:

**Candidate must have done bachelor's degree in any discipline to apply for the exam. It means bachelor's degree in any discipline is the minimum academic qualification required for this exam.

**Age limit is 21-30 years. Reserved category candidates eligible for upper age relaxation.

You can not apply for this exam being a diploma holder.

No diploma holders are not eligible to sit for the GPSC Examination.
