I am learning in F.Y.B.COM. Can i give PSI exam

Yes, you can appear in PSI exam after completing your B.Com. degree.

PSI means Police Sub Inspector.

Eligibility criteria for PSI exam are as under :-

-The candidate should be an Indian.

-The minimum qualification required to apply for the post is Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit to apply for the post should be in between 20 years to 25 years. There is relaxation in upper age limit as per Governments Rules.

Selection procedure :

Written Exam,

Physical Test,

Medical Test,

Document verification, and

Interview .


Syllabus of the written exam :

*General Knowledge

*General Awareness

*Reasoning Ability

*Maths.

# You are definitely eligible to apply for Police Sub Inspector exam as you have completed your B.Com degree.
# Eligibility for PSI post :
-> The minimum educational qualification required to apply for this post is Graduation in any stream from UGC recognised college or university.
-> Age limit to apply for this exam is 18-25 years and the age relaxations are as per government rules and policies.
# And the selection process of PSI post is written test, physical efficiency test, personal interview and medical fitness test.
#And physical standards required to apply for PSI post are :
->165 cm height for men and 152 cm height for women in case of General category candidates & 162 cm for men and 148 cm for women in case of reserved category candidates.
-> Eye sight must be 6/6 , 6/9 for good eye & 6/9, 6/12 for bad eye in case of Distant vision.
