Since you have completed 12th, you are eligible to register for Company Secretary course. The registration can be done anytime as the admission process is carried out throughout the year by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Students who have passed +2 level of examination of the Foundation Program are considered for Foundation Program of Company Secretary course. The term end examinations are conducted two times a year:

• In the month of June
• In the month of December

In order to be eligible to write the June term end examination, you will have to register on or before 30th September of the previous year and to write the examination in the month of December, you must register on or before 31st March of the same year.
