Yes you can apply for National Institute of Fashion Designing.

Eligibility Criteria:- Candidates who have passed intermediate with physics,chemistry & maths are eligible for the bachelor course in fashion designing.

Institutes for fashion technology are as follows:-

National Institute of Fashion Technology,(NIFT)

Institute of Fashion Technology,New Delhi

Indian Institute of Art & Fashion Technology (IIAFT)

National Institute of Design (NID)

Yes you are eligible to join Fashion Technology after completing ECE .
