Hi, I did my 12th from Science stream with PCB subject combination followed by B.Pharmacy degree course. So, now am I eligible to join Indian Air Force (IAF)? Is there any suitable role in IAF where I can get in? Any entrance which I can write to get in IAF?

Jobs in IAF for B.pharm Students- In two branches
1) Flying branch : - Age- 20-24 years
-Education- 10+2 with PCM combination
(Maths is necessary in 10+2 )
-marital status- single
2) Grounds branch : - Age- 20-26 years
- Education- 10+2
* If you studied 10+2 with out Maths , ie. PCB only
then you can join 2 nd branch.
* If you study PCMB ,then you can join both branches.

Entrance exams-
Flying branch- AFCAT for SSC entry,NCC entry
UPAC exam. for CDS entry.
Ground branch- AFCAT for Administrative branch & Logistic branch

•••• Yes, you are eligible to apply for Indian Air Force wing after completing B Pharmacy. In Indian Air Force, there is no specific category or post for candidates belonging to Pharmacy students. being a graduate student you may apply for the ground duty branch which includes:

• Administrative department

• Logistics department

Yes, you are eligible to apply for Indian Air Force wing after completing B Pharma course. In Indian Air Force, there is no specific category or posts for candidates belonging to Pharmacy students. Being a graduate student you may apply for the Ground Duty Branch of Indian Air Force which consist of;
Administrative Department
Logistics Department
Accounts Department etc.

Note:-
Being a B Pharma course student, you are not eligible for accountant department but you may apply for administrative department, logistics department branch.

Entrance exam to join Indian Air Force is -
Air Force Common Admission Test conducted by the Air Force Selection Board. The notification for this entrance examination will be issued during the month of December and June every year.
