Can I join LLB course part time with B.Com 42% in 1997?
I have completed my B.Com and scored 42%. I completed B.Com in the year 1997. Now, is it possible to start with LLB from distance mode of education under General category? If yes, then from which university I can pursue LLB?

Re: Can I join LLB course part time with B.Com 42% in 1997?
LLB is Bachelor in Law. It is three year course from a recognised university.
The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. There is no age limitation to pursue the course. The minimum required aggregate to appear for examination varies with examination. So, you can check your eligibility at the official website of the respective institute. |

LLB in distance course is not recognised by Bar Council of India.
So, if you will pursue the course you will not be eligible to practice as an advocate. Common eligibility is that candidate must have passed distance from a recognised university. No age limit to get admission in LLB. |
