can I join MSC in mathematics after I complete b.e in information science.

You have completed B.E in Information Science, so you are not eligible for M.Sc in Mathematics.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc degree in Mathematics from a recognized university are eligible for M.Sc in Mathematics.

Your age should be above 16 years.
