Sir, please tell me can I join NASA after doing my B.Tech in CSE coz right now am persuing my B.Tech (cse) from Lovely Professional University. After doing my 12th I didn't got the chance so I came to study cse, so can I join after my B.Tech or what to do . Sir please help me because it's my Dream which I really want to fulfil it..

There is no particular Entrance for NASA you need to apply for jobs according to its announcements

If you keep following the NASA projects they will only take follow up from you.

As yours is not a group which is related to Aeronautical or Avionics its highly tough for you to get a good job in NASA because they have 1000 of recruiters who clearly examines the persons who are applying for the job

So Getting through them is tough..

If you prove your knowledge with Com Science and if the NASA people thinks that you are eligible candidate who can develop softwares for them then definitely you will get placed ..

but its not that easy as what i have typed ..

Really you need to work hard

• For astronuat a college degree is necessity and of course the grades in too either it is engineering, biological or physical sciencd or mathematics.
• If you do M.S it is well and good.

yes you can apply after college but you need 3 years of related experience in your field.

after degree and some experience its time to apply for astronauts positions.NASA recieces an averge of 4015 application to fill around 20 slots for every 2 years.and they call around 118 applicants from total for ASB interview based on
experience
potentioal
motivation
ability to function as team
and communication skill.

If applicant intersted in pilot or commandor position then instead of mission specialist then you have to go for at least 1000 hours of flight time in commant of a jet aircraft.These type of training you have to face and need to do in future that why many Many applicants do not meet medical standards while others withdraw after learning all that the job entails. After all these incidents Astronaut Selection Board chooses final candidates and pass to NASA and their decision will be final.
Be prepare physically and Mentally as this not the 9-5 job which one expect but a 24 to 24 hr full dedication........

Ya, you can join NASA bt there is no perticular entrance for entring in NASA
So u need apply for jobs according to its announcements

dear friend,
NASA does not hire freshers B.tech students..

For that you have to first gather experience..

You can join in research centers like- ISRO, DRDO after completion of B.tech..

They conducts an written test every year to recruit technical students..

So, go for that exam first..

After gathering experience you can switch to NASA from that research centers..
